Return Policy
Returns and exchanges for non-quality problems
If you receive a product and want to return or exchange it for a non-quality problem, please send an e-mail to [email protected] within 7 days after the arrival of the product with the order number you purchased and the reason why you want to return or exchange the product, and we will discuss the solution with you.
Returns and Exchanges for Quality Problems
If you receive a product due to quality problems returns, please provide the product image with your purchase order number and the problem you encountered within 7 days after the arrival of the product by sending an e-mail to [email protected], we will replace a new product for you. (Or we can discuss other solutions)
Receiving the wrong product
If you find that you have received a product that is not what you ordered, please provide us with an image of the product and the order number you purchased. Please contact us within 7 days after the order has been delivered to you by e-mail to mia@gateron.com.
Order Cancellation
If you wish to cancel your order you can send us an email (with your order number) before your order has been shipped and we will issue you a refund.
If you wish to cancel your order while it is already on its way to your country or you have already received the goods, you may need to send the products back to us at your own expense (note that we will deduct the cost of shipping the products we sent when refunding you).

Refunds
If you contact us to cancel your order before it has been dispatched, the refund will be made within 2 business days or so.
If you wish to make a refund after your order has been dispatched, we will refund you within 3 working days of the goods being returned to us.

Refusal to accept goods on arrival or failure to contact
If you refuse to accept the goods from the courier or the recipient cannot be contacted successfully when the goods arrive at your city or country, which results in the goods being destroyed or returned. The order neither be allowed to be cancelled nor be refunded, and all costs incurred during this period will be borne by you.


Customs clearance in the destination country
Each country's customs clearance policy and the information required are different, the customs release and expense that happened in the destination country should be taken care of by you, maybe you will be requested to provide some information to clear customs to release the shipment import; if you are failure to provide information to customs, which results in goods being destroyed or returned, the order neither be allowed to be cancelled nor be refunded, and all costs incurred during this period will be borne by you.
